How to stop cutting myself?

I have a cleft lip and scars all over my legs. I had over 30 surgeries. And people stare at me when I go to a store or any where. And it hurts alot because people come up to me at stores and stuff and say things like why is your lip ugly and they say you are ugly. and it is just getting really hard for me to deal with this and now my doctor has diagnosed me with major depression and schizophrenia. And things are getting really hard for me. Please HELP ME!
