Do not see that the CM Punk leaving thing is a storyline?

He sais last night on RAW ''My contract with WWE is up on July 17 and I will leave WWE and bring the WWE title with me'' but at an ROH PPV called Death Before Dishonour III which occured in 2005 CM Punk had a match with Austin Aries for the ROH World Title but before the event he said he threatened to leave ROH for WWE and ''Bring the title with him'' and he never left that was just a storyline so this is probably just a storyline aswell
