What is the best pencil eyeliner to use?

I currently use N.Y.C's waterproof eyeliner because I swim alot n ebb after I swim it dosent move or smuge n it's cheep I got it for $3.99 at walmart. Another good one is Mabeline's Unstoppable eyeliner i also have this one n I bout it for $5.99. Those a both great n they are both water proof n won't smuge at all there really easy to get off with a makeup remover.
