Dots underneath eyes?

They're little white dots underneath my eye, my mom has them too and she said the dermatologist diagnosed it as " " some medical term. He said there is no cure but I was wondering if someone knows what I have and how to get rid of it. Once again they're tiny white fatty like dots. They're not white heads their just chillen there. If anyone knows answer please.
