Best Black Liquid Eyeliner?

I'm in need of a new liquid liner. The one I've been using, I've noticed begins to crack within minutes of having it on.. So what I'm looking for is a long lasting liquid liner that doesn't smudge, and doesn't crack. The one I've been using is the Kat Von D Autograph Liner, and the smudging, I could deal with.. But the cracking, I can't deal with. It begins to itch, and then come off. Any good suggestions?
