The best brand eyeliner?
Depends on what you define as "easily applicable." Eyeliner by definition is pretty hard to apply. Your best bet is probably a pen, I've found they're the easiest to do, especially if you're looking for a crisp, cleaner line. Covergirl has an eyeliner pen/felt-tip thing that is pretty easy to do. It has a small point and basically draws on like any felt tip pen, so you can stead your hand on your cheek. It won't blob as you go on either so you have good control over the line. I never had any problems with smearing (provided my eye didn't get rubbed as it was drying or something). If you tend to have a lot of contact with your eyelids (rubbing them out of habit or something) try getting it in waterproof for a little extra staying power.
