Does anyone have a protection spell that they have experience with?

I believe I may be the target of some negative energy from a distant family member. She is a pagan but I am not sure what path. I know she wears an ankh and believes in reincarnation but I really dont know what she calls herself. I was told that she may have cast a curse called lost in translation which allows her to hear what I am saying but not thinking. I don't want some cheap spell that a novice pays 50 dollars for or just some crap that rhymes and sounds good. I need oils, incantations, candles, smudging. What ever difficulty you can throw at me. I know I am capable. I haven't had a teacher and am self taught. I do lack knowledge hence me using yahoo answers! But the skill is there. I am desperate. To my understanding This woman shouldn't be messed with when it comes to binding and casting anything in her direction. She has a lot of cats that are rumored to absorb any energy that intends to harm her. whether this is true I am not sure. I do not seek revenge only protection. However if I could obtain something to find out why she has done this I would most appreciate it. I have never been attacked like this. I can't sleep and it sounds like people are walking around my house when no one is up there. I believe in ghosts but I just have a feeling that this isn't a ghost.....and now that everyone thinks I'm crazy....HELP!!!
