My 3 yr old had bronchitis and is again sick..?

My son had bronchitis about 1 1/2 wks ago and he completed all his meds and all symptoms were gone. He is now again coughing, stuffy nose and when he does blow his nose it is green, hes been this way all week. He has no appetite, no fever and still energetic. We are going to the doc today but this nurse practitioner told us he had nothing when 3 days later he was diagnosed with bronchitis.. Any suggestions??
