PlZ helpy 2 ur old daughter with epilepsy?

My 2 ur old was diagnosed with epilepsy a few months back, she's taking meds but there not working, the neurologist asked for blood work, hot the results today and red blood cells look fine and so do her platelets, also her liver looks perfect, her white blood cells were extremely low, she's going back to get more test done... What does this mean???PlZ plZ plZ I'm begging!!someone make me understand what this means to her
