What eyeliner won't smudge?

I usually wear maybelline's gel eyeliner which is supposed to last 24 hours but mine smudges very easily because of my oily lids. I want to find an eyeliner that will last even if i sweat in the hot summer sun!! Does anyone know what would be the best brand? And I will only buy drugstore brands because I don't want to spend the money on MAC or any other expensive product.
