Why can't I get bywifi.com to load?

Every time I try to get bywifi.com to load, it goes to the page that says that it can't be displayed. I click the button to diagnose problems and it says that troubleshoot can't identify it. This has been happening for the past two days. Does anyone else have this problem, or know why this is happening or how to stop it?
